Please note the changes to the Food Stores Ordering web site both for Academics and Residential and Hospitality Services. These changes have occurred to comply with KFS/EBS General Ledger changes. You will be able to enter sub-account and project ID information in the header area of the ordering page and you will be able to enter sub-object code information at the detail line of the order. This information will be captured at month end and sent through the Service Bill function of KFS. The General Ledger information is validated at the time of entry. All said information must be in the KFS system in order to utilize the additional fields.

MSU Food Stores provides purchasing, warehousing and distribution of food and food service items to the Division of Residential and Hospitality Services, and to the university at large. The largest operation of its type in the country, Residential and Hospitality Services serves about 35,000 meals a day in 14 cafeterias on campus and houses more than 14,000 students during the regular school year.

Food Stores also supplies Kellogg Center Hotel & Conference Center, the MSU Union, MSU Bakers , Sparty's Cafes and Convenience Stores, and MSU Concessions.

Food Stores hosts online ordering systems for RHS users and non-RHS customers (via the Academic Menu link) on its IBM System i, and maintains systems for RHS users to access the MSU Bakery and Spartan Linen Services.
